To minimize the wait time at your first appointment, we’d love if you would:

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to yourappointment time.

• Print, complete, and bring our New Patient Form to your appointment.

• Bring all past veterinary medical records to your appointment. If you don’t have a copy, please call us at least 3 days prior to your appointment with the name of your previous vet so we may call to get the records.

• Bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier.
